Remote Issue Links do not display with strikethrough when resolved

Issue Summary

Recent changes to the Issue Link architecture in Jira have removed Strikethroughs on resolved remote issue links.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a remote issue link to a Jira issue per this documentation
2. Resolve the remote issue link per the above
3. View the Jira issue's Web Links section

Expected Results

In both the old issue view and the new issue view, the remote issue link will appear with a strikethrough, indicating the remote issue has been resolved

Actual Results

In the new issue view, the strikethrough is not present, making it unclear that the remote issue has been resolved.

The old issue view includes the strikethrough as expected.

Workaround

Aside from using the old issue view, no workaround is currently known. One will be added here if available.
