Issue Summary

Both Android and iOS mobile apps ignore the workflow transition property opsbar-sequence which is used to reorder workflow transitions. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add opsbar-sequence property to workflow transition and publish the changes.
2. Confirm workflow transitions order is changed in Cloud.
3. Check workflow transition order in mobile app.

Expected Results

Both mobile apps should respect the opsbar-sequence property and reorder the workflow transitions

Actual Results

Both mobile apps ignore the opsbar-sequence property

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
