Issue Summary

When using the new creation issue view, the tab name doesn't longer change to "Create Issue" as the old view

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click on create an issue
2. The tab name doesn't change to Create Issue

Expected Results

The tab title should change to create issue like the old view:

The tab title doesn't change to create issue, so if you have multiple tabs can be hard to identify the correct one:

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
