Use percentage on the two dimensional filter statistics instead of issue count.

    Description

      Today, the gadget "two-dimensional filter statistics" display the number of issues in each column.

      It would be great to have the option to select the percentage instead of the number of issues, just like the "Issue Statistics" gadget does.
