Allow "status" mapping during import issue from CSV

      Problem Definition

      Currently only CSV Importer ("import from external system") available from system configuration allow map "status" field during importing process. Bulk create ("import issues from CSV") available under issues top menu is not able to map "status" field during importing.

      Suggested Solution

      Allow users to map the "status" field in bulk create during CSV import.

      Workaround

      Use "import from external system" to map "status" field if needed.
