Currently when we import issues via .csv file we have a step to map fields. There is a dropdown where it is required to select Jira field and this dropdown has poor ergonomics, or the documentation is poor.

In case you need to update the field, 'Issue Key" is required, however, it can be easily confused with 'Issue Id":

• The fields would be easier to find if they were in alphabetical order rather than clustered by “Custom”, “Jira”, …
• If we have to cluster the fields, then include the “Issue Key” a second time in the cluster devoted to “Links and Sub-tasks”.

As to improve the documentation around importing links so that the ‘false attractor’ of “Issue Id” which has a name that could mean the same thing are called out and warned about.
