Create Issue Screen doesn't Load Fields due to Duplicate Backend

Issue Summary

The Create Issue Screen doesn't load the fields, making the screen to be blank.

Steps to Reproduce

There are no clear steps to reproduce, as this is caused due to a change in the backend.

Expected Results

The fields should be loaded correctly and the creation of issues should be possible.

Actual Results

The screen doesn't load the fields, so the issue creation is not possible.

Workaround

The following workaround can be used to avoid the bug.

1. Access the project facing the issue;
2. Go to the Project settings > issue type
3. Add 1 of the fields from the "previously-created fields" then save the changes.
