Issue Summary

When creating a Child issue under an EPIC there is a required field and the EPIC link is not part of the create issue screen, then the issue created will not be created as a Child of the EPIC.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Mark a field as mandatory in the create issue screen.
2. Remove the EPIC link field from the create issue screen.
3. Go to an EPIC issue
4. Create a child issue Story/task
6. The create issue dialog pops-up because of the required field.
7. Enter the data in the required field and create an issue.

Expected Results

The newly created issue is added as a child of EPIC 

Actual Results

The issue is created without linking it to the EPIC. 

Workaround

Add the EPIC link field to the create issue screen
