Issue Summary

In the global issue create, when using the checkbox option to Create another issue most fields in this display keep their values for the next issue.  However if the create screen contains a Linked Issue type field, this field will not keep the issue type/ issuekey selected when creating the previous issue

Steps to Reproduce

1. In a company managed project, make sure that your create screen contains the Linked Issues field
2. Create a new issue using the Create button at the top of the page
3. Be sure to create a linked issue during the create where you select a link type (such as blocking) and an issuekey (such as ABC-123)
4. Select the checkbox at the bottom of the screen to enable the Create another issue
5. Click Create to create the first issue

Expected Results

We expect that after the first issue is created, the Linked issue field will still contain the previous issuekey (ABC-123 from the example)

Actual Results

The linked issues field is cleared after creating the first issue.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
