Ability to show Available Streams Confluence option without enable Use Confluence Anonymous users

      Currently, if you would like to see Confluence add filter option of Available Streams in Activity Stream, users need to enable Anonymous users to User Confluence.

      Allowing anonymous user global permissions just use for the activity stream is not appropriate.

      Please set the ability to show "Available Streams" Confluence option without enabling "Use Confluence" Anonymous users.
