No popup shown when not entering a mandatory field while creating the issue.

      We need a popup window when we do not enter a mandatory field while creating the issue in the cloud Jira site.

            Atlassian Update - October 2023

            After some analysis, we've found that this ticket is a duplicate of the request JRACLOUD-72506 – Creating a subtask / issue in Epic should open in a pop-up create screen modal which has more votes.

            We encourage you to watch and vote on the above instead. All internal ticket references on this ticket have been transferred. If you do not think this issue should have been closed, please add a comment here saying why and we can reopen it.

            For more context, this is how the required field appears when I tried to create an issue without entering a value there. I had to scroll down to see the red asterisk:
