Improve user sync error message

      Problem Definition

      Whether you have a user without email or you exceed your license seat limit in the Cloud the error message stated doesn't help identify the problem:

      Error importing data: cloud.atlassian.logmon.laas.api.PrivacySafeException: Privacy-safe boxing of a com.atlassian.jira.bc.dataimport.identity.UsersImportService$WrappingCrowdException
      

      Suggested Solution

      Log the exact problem or at least give a hint of the issue the customer is facing. Replace the generic error message.

      Workaround

      As there is no way for a customer to access the backend logs, you will need to reach out to Cloud support
