Issue Summary

When performing a full Jira site import or a Jira cloud migration assistant migration, any project shortcuts that have been added to a project on the Source do not get migrated to the destination instance and need to be recreated manually

Environment

• Jira Server to Jira Cloud
• Jira Cloud to Jira Cloud

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a project shortcut in a project on the Source instance
2. Generate a full site backup of the Source instance or migrate a project with shortcuts through JCMA
3. Restore backup generated to destination instance

Expected Results

All project data is restored including project shortcuts that were added

Actual Results

Project shortcuts are not in the destination instance

Workaround

Project shortcuts will need to be manually recreated after the migration is completed
