Not all the rules of type Check an issue's field are validated in a TMP workflow

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create more than one rule of type Check an issue's field  in a TMP workflow
2. Use the transition that includes the rules added

Expected Results

All rules should be validated

Actual Results

If only one rule is ok, the issue is transitioned.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
