Summary
In case a ticket has long comments, they are shown as a whole - this consumes a lot of space and does not look visually very appealing.
Expected Results
A scrollbar in the comment is added in case it's very long.
Actual Results
No scrollbar is available and you need to scroll down all the comments, polluting the screen.
