This is reproducible on Data Center: Yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. For example, change the description from Atlassian Testing to Atlassian Testing (In bold)
2. Post saving the description, please check the Issue history and you could see it in a different format.

Expected Results

All fields with a renderer attached to them should be rendered for better legibility.

Any changes made in the description with respect to the wiki should render the same value in the history.

Actual Results

1. Post saving the description, The Issue history is not rendering the field in the history tab, which is also considered as not user-friendly.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
