Unchecking the "Include subtasks" option on Time Tracking should have its state saved

      Summary
      If a user unchecks the box for the "Include subtasks" in the Time tracking field, if the page is reloaded, the box is checked again automatically.

      Expected Results
      If the box is unchecked, it should save its state.

      Actual Results
      The box is checked again automatically, causing visual confusion.
