Issue Summary

Bulk Edit pages times out

Steps to Reproduce

1. From Advanced Issue Search page, select 200+ issues to be bulk edited
2. Select "Bulk change all X issues" from the meatball menu of the page.
3. Select Next from the “Choose Issues” Screen displayed next.
4. Select “Edit Issues” from the "Choose operation" page.
5. Click "Next" to reach BulkEditDetails.jspa

Expected Results

BulkEditDetails.jspa loads successfully

Actual Results

Page times out with "Page unavailable" error

Workaround

Edit issues in smaller batches.
