Issue Summary

Search filters are not working as expected when including special characters (e.g. "-") or a few characters such as AA or AAG in the filter name.

This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a filter named AAG - SLA to be broken in 24h
2. Create a filter named AAG - DONE
3. In the search filter, type "AAG - S"

   Expected Results

AAG - SLA to be broken in 24h should appear on the search result

Actual Results

AAG - SLA to be broken in 24h does not appear on the search result

Workaround

Don't include double quote in the search and put more specific keywords
