Issue Summary
Users want to add custom fields to services under Affected Services. That means e.g. user wants to add a field from type “user picker” called “Service Manager” to a service, to extend these services’ data. like a subfield under Affected services to add more information
To be more precise it is about adding custom fields not only to issues but also to these "services" objects and especially without the need of using OpsGenie.

Steps to Reproduce
- Go to Project > Project Settings
- Go to Change management
- Go to Services > Create services
- NO option to add custom fields like user picker etc to expand the Affected Services
Expected Results
Ability to add custom fields in Affected services for JSM
Actual Results
Can only add services based on tiers
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior.
