Hello Everyone,
I'm excited to announce that we have begun rolling out a list view in Jira Software projects. For more information on what this view offers, please read my community post here.

List view option is missing under the Jira software project. Need assistance to implement the option similar to the Jira business project.

This request specifically refers to the new list view feature that only exists in Jira Work Management projects and specifically does not exist in software management projects:

This supports a use case that isn't supported elsewhere in Jira, and the issues view does not support: being able to view and edit across many issues at once. This makes many management tasks far easier, especially for purposes like planning or grooming.
