When using the old issue view it's possible to choose the background color of a panel. However, on the new issue view, users can only choose the type of panel they want to create, and its background color it's tied to it.

Currently, these are the only background colors supported on the new issue, either on the issue description system field or on a custom field with wiki style renderer.
