Issue Summary

Adding a single user in the filter of the activity stream gadget brings incorrect information.

Steps to Reproduce

Create a dashboard
Add the activity stream gadget
Include a single person in the filter

Expected Results

It should display actions taken only by that single user in chronological order

Actual Results

Actions taken by other users are displayed by the gadget.

Workaround

Include more people in the gadget's filter.
