Issue Summary

When adding a Date Compare validator on the workflow and then selecting the date and time on the transition screen, it will show the incorrect time of the field that is used to compare the values.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a Date/Time field to the transition screen.
2. On the workflow, add this screen to the transition and add a Date compare validator, for example, Verifies that field Date/Time is greater than value of Created. Only date part.
3. Publish the workflow.

Expected Results

When selecting a date that is not greater than the Created date, it will show the message informing the exact time the ticket was created based on the user timezone set on their Atlassian account profile.

Actual Results

It will show the message informing the Created time hours ahead of the current user timezone.

In the example, my current timezone is GMT -3.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
