When using "Create another issue" at create issue screen it is not clearing the field values

      Issue Summary

      Recently , When using "Create another issue" it is not clearing the field values , for example "Summary" and "Description" field. It was working before.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create an issue and tick the "Create another" option
      2. Click "Create"

      Expected Results

      Summary and Description field value cleared.

      Actual Results

      Summary and Description field value remain.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
