Add Statuspage maintenance option to Statuspage/JIRA Cloud integration

      Currently when using the Statuspage integration on JIRA Cloud, the only option is to create an Incident.

      It would be great if it were also possible to schedule maintenances using the Statuspage workflow to allow for maintenance items to flow from JIRA (such as a change control project) to Statuspage directly.
