There are two different ways to change the colour of an epic:

1. In the backlog: open the EPICS tab left of the issue list and click on the colour to open a popup.
2. On the epic details page: open an epic and click on the colour left of the title.

I love that Jira provides these options and we use colours a lot to know with just a glance what issues are about. Well done for implementing this.

What is very confusing though is that the colours aren't the same. When you look at the screenshots below you can see that the shades of the colours are different and the colours are arranged in different ways and orders. (The light grey for example is very different!)

It would save us quite some time and confusion if these were the same. Some colours in the backlog actually look like a different colour on the sprint board or details view. I don't understand why they are different.
