A domain may not use/need an SPF validation, and as of now, it becomes inviable for them to verify their domain for outgoing notifications without the SPF value being placed.

This suggestion is to make the SPF record optional, so that domain verification becomes more flexible and feasible.

This suggestion contemplates:

• domains that do not have an SPF record.
• domains where SPF record is flattened.
• domains that do not wish to validate SPF.
