Issue Summary

Clicking the small question mark in a circle on the page:

https://<site>/secure/admin/ManageConfigurationScheme!default.jspa

Takes the user to a page that is not found.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate 'Issues' > 'Custom fields'
2. Select the '...' of a custom field then choose 'Contexts and default value'
3. Click the small question mark in a circle to the right of 'Configure Custom Field' (Bad link)
4. Click the 'Edit context' button
5. Click the small question mark in a circle to the right of 'Modify configuration scheme context' (Bad link)

Expected Results

The user should be taken to a page explaining configuring custom field contexts.

Actual Results

The user is taken at a page with a warning that the page could not be found with links to various pages in other spaces

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
