Issue Summary

Allow users to create a panel without a panelType with a basic configuration like background colors. 

Currently ADF requires us to include panelType ("info", "note", "warning", "success", "error") but does not support creating a custom panel with basic artibutes like bgcolor.

Additionally, when we include a panel using markdown in the default text of a custom field it automatically converts it to panelType info when converting it to ADF this breaks the coloring formatting that was intended. 

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
