Issue Summary

Clicking on the link present in URL type custom field value when url type custom field is not added to edit screen does not open in a new tab or same tab.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a URL type custom field.
2. Add this field it to create and view screen in a project(don't add to edit screen).
3. Create a new issue and add a link in the URL field.
   Eg. https://www.atlassian.com/
4. View the created the issue and click on the link present in url field

Expected Results

Link should open either in same tab or in a new tab.

Actual Results

Although it shows as link in the field value but the link does not open in a new tab or same tab.

Workaround

Right click on the link and open it in a new tab.
