Issue Summary

The assignee is not updated correctly when a post function "The Assignee of the issue will be set to default" is specified for a transition in a workflow.

Steps to Reproduce

To replicate: *

• • add an update assignee field rule and set it to a specific user.
  • Save it
  • Then edit that rule and set it to use the automatic assignee
  • Save it
  • Publish the workflow
  • Try to perform the transition. It will be assigned to the user that was configured in the first step instead of the automatic assignee.

Expected Results

The assignee of the issue should be updated to the default assignee of the project/component. 

Actual Results

The assignee is set to a different user/unassigned instead of the default assignee defined under the project settings.

Workaround

Remove that rule, then add it again with the specific user/role(ex. project ead) selected.
