Unable to move fields to hidden for the custom tabs in issue layout

      Problem

      Only fields from General tab can be moved to the hidden and any custom tabs on the issue layout, the fields need to be hidden from the field configuration.

      Suggested Solution

      Like in General tab, the fields under the custom tab should be configurable from issue layout ( should be able to drag to the hidden section)

      Why This Is Important

      This brings an uniformity to the feature that is applied to the issue layout, which should be applicable to all tabs. This also avoids confusion and additional work.

      Workaround

      As of now for Custom tabs, fields can be hidden through field configuration
