Better explanation/warning about 'Let my users invite other people' in people menu

When using the 'People' menu to invite users, admins can inadvertently change their site settings, and then open a support ticket asking who changed the site access settings to allow invites.

The option 'Let my users invite other people' is not explained very well, and is ticked by default (even if the site access page has this option disabled).

Additionally, after inviting a user and leaving this box checked, the message that the site settings have been changed is hidden behind the user invite notification, which could cause it to be missed. (see Site settings changed.mp4)

      Requests:
      1) Provide a better explanation in the 'info' panel explicitly stating that this could change the site access settings.
      2) Respect the site access settings to avoid confusion. If the admin as dis-allowed user invites then the checkbox 'Let my users invite other people' should default to what is currently set in site access.
