As a Jira user, I want to have clearer error messages in the issue collector feature

Currently, issue collector error messages are vague and don't explain what exactly is happening, for example:

Unknown error occurred trying to invoke the collector..

This does not help us understand the root cause of the issue.

Suggested Solution
Issue collector messages should provide more details about the cause of the problem, like the name of the filter causing the problem, etc.
