Issue Summary

In the new GIC, Multi-line text fields that use the `Text Style Renderer` don't create a new line when the enter key is pressed

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a multi-line text field to the create screen
2. Set text style renderer for the field
3. Ensure you are on the New Global issue create experience
4. Click on Create issue, add content in the multiline text field, hit enter to add a new line

Expected Results

Users should be able to enter data in the newline

Actual Results

The line break doesn't work

Workaround

1. Change the renderer from Text Style to Wiki Style
2. Switch to the Old Global issue create experience from the Personal settings
