Description
Issue Summary
The attachments are showing the date of the migration, and not the date that the attachment was originally uploaded.
Steps to Reproduce
Time stamp appearing wrongly depending on how you select the attachments to appear in the issue. If you use the preview it just shows the migration date they did, instead of the date the attachment was uploaded. But if you select the list view, it shows the correct date.
Expected Results
The expected behavior is that the data on the files will show the date that they’re uploaded to media. So we need to add the ability to set the created time in the media API and you’ll need to update the migrations to process to use that once it has been implemented.
Actual Results
Attachments showing the date they were migrated.
Workaround
Nothing for now.
