Issue Summary

This is a Firefox specific issue.

Uploading files on Jira is slow compared to Chrome.

Uploading files on Jira will meet failures, while Chrome will upload successfully. Usually big files are easier to replicate the issue.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a ticket 
2. Upload a file with big size(eg. 500MB), either in Description or Comment section.

Expected Results

File is uploaded successfully with no latency.

Actual Results

Failed to upload the file, with long latency in specific chunk upload response:

• Some chunk request will wait for response for 3mins.
• File finally failed up load.

Workaround

Issue already reported to firefox, waiting for support:

At this stage, we wanna gather the impacts from customers.
