Client would like a way to clone issues and, if the issues have dependencies on other issues within the clones, maintain dependency links in the newly created cloned issues.

Example: You have issues A, B, and C. C is a blocker for B. You clone all three and create D, E, and F. Client would like in these clones for F to be automatically created as a blocker for E rather than just point back to issue C.

Use case: in Client's case, they want to maintain the original issues with comments and assets from sprints to refer back to and create duplicates of the issues without the comments and assets in new sprints
