Allow backups to be performed more frequently

At the moment Jira can be backed up 48 hours and confluence every 24 hours.

I think changing these to 47 hours and 23 hours would be a great Quality of life change.  At the moment when running manual backups if we are 5-10 minutes late that means the next day will also start 5-10 minutes late.  You can see how this can progress to the point that backups are missed or you lose a day.
