Issue Summary

In Jira Cloud, currently, if the system successfully processes a message, it deletes the message from your mail account or file system. If a message is not successfully processed, it will remain in your mail account or file system.

It would be nice to have the possibility to configure mail handlers in JIRA to leave messages on the mail server after they have been processed.
