Problem Definition

Project or board administrators have access to alter the Workflow in use on a project's board with the Simplify Workflow button within the board settings:

This can lead to undesired changes by users that can negatively impact the rest of the team using the same board/project.

Suggested Solution

Add the ability to enable/disable specific users from setting the simplified workflow for a board, either as a global permission or a project permission.
