Summary -

When we click on the "View all Starred" option under the Dashboard menu, the arrow icon gives the impression that a new tab with all starred Boards will show up however that doesn't work and a list of all boards is displayed.

Steps to reproduce -

• Star mark Dashboards in Jira site
• Click on the Dashboard icon on the top which will display a list of recent Dashboards
• Click on the "View all Starred" option in the menu

Expected behavior - 

A new tab should open that should display a list of all-star marked Dashboards

Current behaviour -

 A list of all Dashboards will show up
