Issue Summary

Original Estimate and Time Tracking minute gets translated to month when using the Chinese language

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set your personal settings language to Chinese
2. Set Time Tracking unit to Minutes under https://<instance name>/secure/admin/TimeTrackingAdmin.jspa
3. On the issue view enter a value for example 4m for 4 minutes

Expected Results

The value should be in minutes.

Actual Results

It translates the value to the Month of April (the 4th month).

Workaround

To use the English language instead of Chinese
