Issue Summary

Unable to save work log with images on the work description.

This is reproducible on Data Center: Haven't tested yet.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open an issue
2. Click on the Time Tracking field.
3. Enter the Time Spent value and the work description will appear.
4. Copy and paste an image on the work description.
5. Click on Save or Cancel

Expected Results

The buttons should work.

Actual Results

The buttons didn't work until you remove the images.

Workaround

There is an intermittent workaround. Instead of pasting the image, use the editor to insert the image like this video.
