Ability to see the content of deleted comments and keep the log for the comment added

      When a comment is deleted, the History tab only shows who deleted the comment and when it was deleted.

      Suggestion

      As a project administrator, it would be great if we could see the content of the deleted comment, and keep the log for the comment added, instead of deleting it.
