Problem description

User is marked as "not a request participant" on comments on Jira Software Project when the user is not having the "Browse project" Permission

How to replicate

• establish a Cloud site with Jira Software and Jira Service Management
• create a Jira Software project
• Invite an user to the site
• grant that user a role in that project so the user can browse and comment
• login as that user and comment on some issue in the project
• logout and login as administrator
• Now remove that User's permission to browse that project
• now look in the comment: it will say "not a request participant".

Suggested resolution

Instead of showing "not a request participant" show something like "the user does not have browse permission" or "cannot browse this project"
