Issue Summary

Links to Github private repositories returns “Can’t find link” if configured through GitHub Enterprise Managed Users (EMU).

Steps to Reproduce

• reference the GitHub link in a Comment
• it shows "Can't find link".

Note: using GitHub Enterprise Managed Users (EMU). Everything works fine for the other GitHub repos.

Expected Results

The link to the private repositories will resolve correctly

Actual Results

The link to the private repositories will show "Can't find link".

Workaround

None.
