I've just started using Jira (but I have used other competing tools in the past) and I would like to have a visual indicator of blocked issues in the Roadmap and Kanban/Scrum boards. Other applications use something like a red border and/or a "stop" icon to differentiate blocked issues visually from other issues. 

(Apologies if this is a duplicate or filed in the wrong way - this is my first time creating an issue here. I saw the existing issue about searching for blocked issues, but that issue is over 10 years old, and I'm not really looking to search for the blocked issues - although some way to quickly filter or sort based on blocked vs not-blocked would be a bonus.)
