Description
Issue Summary
Some customers aren't showing up inside the customer organization in the customer's section. If you search them through email, they show up with the organization right beside their names, however, going into the organization you cannot see them.
Effectively, they are members of the organization, but not visible through the UI.
This is a similar issue as the one raised on https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-77721
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to a JSM project
- On the left sidebar go to customers
- Select an organization
- Look for the user and it will not be present
- Go back to the organization's main page and look for users and they will show up.
Expected Results
The customers should be visible inside the organization, only if the issue is being searched
Actual Results
Some customers don't show up inside the organization, they are only searchable through the customer's page.

Contact Atlassian Support informing this bug.
